Who we are
A manufacturing partner, not a trading company
New Way Sports was founded in Changzhou, in the Yangtze River Delta bicycle manufacturing cluster, where frame suppliers, motor plants and battery pack lines sit within an hour of our assembly hall. That geography lets us control cost and lead time without giving up component choice.
We build electric bicycles for overseas distributors, brand owners and parts buyers. Orders range from a single container of stock models to multi-year OEM programmes where the frame geometry, paint scheme and packaging are developed from scratch for one client.
Every batch is traceable. Frame serial numbers, motor lot codes and battery cell suppliers are recorded at assembly, so a warranty claim in Rotterdam or Chicago can be traced back to the production day and the operator who built it.

Inside the factory
Four stations every unit passes through
Frame welding, assembly, quality inspection and aging test are all run by our own teams, with records kept against each frame serial number.
Frame welding
Aluminium TIG welding and heat treatment, followed by jig alignment before painting.
Quality inspection
Brake performance, assist cut-off and electrical safety checks on 100% of units.
Aging and road test
Battery charge-discharge cycling and a loaded road test before packing.

Company founded
Started as a bicycle frame OEM workshop in Changzhou.

First ebike line
Launched the city commuter electric bicycle line and obtained CE certification.

Export expansion
Opened distribution in Germany, the Netherlands and Canada.

Second assembly hall
Added a 6,000 m² hall and a dedicated battery pack assembly area.

UL programme
Completed UL 2849 testing for the North American product range.
