All range figures published on this site are measured under laboratory test conditions: assist level 1, flat surface, 75 kg rider, 20 °C ambient temperature and no headwind. Real-world range varies with rider weight, terrain, temperature and assist level, and is typically 20 to 30 percent lower than the lab figure.
Yes. Standard builds are set to 25 km/h for the European EN 15194 market. For North America we can configure 20 mph Class 1, Class 2 with throttle, or Class 3 at 28 mph where local regulation allows. The setting is locked in the controller and recorded on the specification sheet for each order.
Share your target specification and volume, and we return a feasibility note within three days. After quotation you approve a pre-production sample, then bulk production starts. ODM projects on an existing platform take 15 to 20 days for the sample and 30 to 40 days for bulk. Full OEM development with a new frame takes 45 to 60 days for the prototype.
Stock models start at 30 units, custom paint and decal programmes at 100 units, and new frame development at 300 units. Mixed-model containers are accepted as long as each model meets its own MOQ. Trial orders below MOQ can be discussed for first-time buyers.
Standard terms are 30 percent deposit by T/T and 70 percent balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Letter of credit at sight is negotiable for orders above one container. We quote FOB Shanghai or Ningbo by default, and can arrange CIF or DDP with a freight forwarder we work with regularly.
Batteries are shipped installed in the vehicle or as separate packs, both under UN38.3 test summaries with MSDS. We provide the dangerous goods declaration, packing list and container loading plan. Air freight is possible for samples under the applicable state-of-charge limit.
Our European range is CE certified to EN 15194 with EMC testing. North American models have completed UL 2849 testing for the electrical system. Batteries carry UN38.3 and MSDS documentation, and the factory operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Certificate copies are supplied with each shipment.
Frames are covered for three years and motors, batteries, controllers and displays for one year from the bill of lading date. Submit a claim with the serial number, a short video and photos. Once confirmed, replacement parts are shipped free of charge with your next order, or by express for urgent cases.
